Folder management

Last Imported -folder

All the new references in RefWorks are shown in Last Imported folder ordered by the date they were added. From Last imported folder you can then move the references to folders of your choice.

 

Not in Folder -folder

If references from Last Imported folder are not transferred to other folders, they will be moved to Not in Folder folder, once they've been in the Last imported folder for too long. Also references without folder end up here.

Creating a new folder

  1. Click My folders > Add folder.
  2. Name the new folder.
  3. Click Save.

 

Creating a subfolder

1. On the left menu, click My folders.

2. Select the folder you wish to create the subfolder in.

3. Click the three-point icon on the right side of the folder.

4. Select Add subfolder, name the subfolder and select Save.

 

Renaming a folder

1. On the left menu, click My folders.

2. Look for the folder you wish to rename

3. Select the folder and click the three-point icon on the right side of the folder.

4. Select Rename, rename the folder and select Save.

 

Deleting a folder

1. On the left menu, click My Folders.

2. Look for the folder you wish to delete.

3. Select the folder and click the three-point icon next to it.

4. Select Delete.
