Ensure the project is implemented in a way that is fair and open.
 
When there are several actors and partners involved in a project, it is important that the working methods and practices for storing and preserving materials are agreed upon with all project participants.
During the implementation phase of the project:
	- collect material obtain the necessary permissions, taking into account the information provided to the research subjects
- analyze the material
- ensure that no errors occur in the processing of the material, for example when converting it to a different file format, that could compromise the quality and accuracy of the material
- the data is stored in accordance with good storage practices, taking data protection and data security into account
- the progress of the project is communicated as far as possible
- the data or parts of it can be made available if desired
