Reporting publication data to the publication data collection

Kun artikkeli tai muu julkaisusi on ilmestynyt, ilmoita sen tiedot julkaisutiedonkeruuseen.

  • The information is reported via the JUSTUS-storage service. You log in to the service with your HAKA credentials. When you log in for the first time, the service may require you to register your credentials with your Eduuni ID, if you have not already done so in connection with another service.
All publication information, except for H-class patent and invention notifications, is entered via Justus.
  •  For matters related to publication data collection, please contact the Centria Library, tel. 040 808 5102, (julkaisutiedonkeruu@centria.fi), for further information if necessary.
  • In addition to publication details, the actual publication (the latest manuscript version sent to the publisher) is also submitted for parallel archiving, if it is an article. Centria's goal is to ensure the openness of publications by storing them in Theseus. Archiving always requires the publisher's permission. The library is responsible for requesting permission from the publisher and for archiving in Theseus.
  • Statistical data on publications is transferred to the research.fi portal via JUSTUS. This service provided by the Ministry of Education and Culture collects and distributes information on research conducted in Finland. The tiedejatutkimus.fi portal allows users to search for publications by author name or university, for example, and the search results can be narrowed down and filtered in a variety of ways. JUSTUS also transfers the actual publication as a parallel copy to Theseus, provided that the publisher has given permission.
